Terms And Conditions
The basic Terms of all contracts between The Oxford Caterers and the Client for the services supplied.
· Non returnable deposit of 15% of the total amount is required to secure the booking.
· The remaining balance will be expected to pay in full till the day of the event or on the day of the event.
· If the event is cancelled 7-days or less before the event any expenses incurred will be expected to be paid by the customer.
The Oxford Caterers reserves the right to change ingredients if necessary due to seasonal or other beyond our control circumstances. We will make sure replacement will be equal value and similar to the original item.
When placing a catering request please realistically estimate the number of attendees, you anticipate will attend your function. Final attendee numbers must be advised by email within 7 days of the event.
Any damage to equipment by the customer or guest will be charged at the full replacement cost.
The Oxford Caterers does not accept any liability for non-completion of the event or for delays resulting from adverse weather conditions, traffic accident or road closure, civil riots or strikes affecting the trade, fire flood or other natural disaster, or for any other event which is out of the Oxford Caterers Control.
